Who is this for?

  • Business owners and senior managers having problems with recruiting or retaining the right staff.
  • Business owners and senior managers looking to build a new team or grow an existing one.

  • Further support is available at an additional cost.
  • The cost is £1500 to include travel within 50 miles of TR5. Additional mileage is charged at 45p and expenses such as accommodation if required.

 

Coping with the impact of a major event

Who is this for?

  • Business owners and senior managers.
  • This workshop can be held as an awareness raising event to prepare business owners and senior managers for crisis situations, or in the aftermath of a major event which could cover major redundancies, changes in personnel or death of a team member

What it covers

  • Addressing the event and facilitating a reflection of the issues (generally in response to a specific event)
  • Identifying the support required and the organisations who may need to be involved
  • Working with individuals and small groups to develop coping strategies
  • Rebuilding teams and putting in place mechanisms to enable members to identify when others are struggling and provide effective support
  • Building in resilience so that teams are better able to cope with major events in future

  • It is an initial one-day workshop, with ongoing weekly mentoring and support for a period of 2 months both in person and via phone/skype.
