Always tailored to meet your needs and circumstances, we focus on taking a practical approach to helping you adopt good governance, sustainable practices and corporate social responsibility.

We can carry out a sustainability review, identify cost and efficiency savings, advise on compliance and accreditation, or work with you to embed organisation-wide culture change.

Our services are always bespoke and designed to suit your requirements and budget. We can work alongside you as part of your team or provide arms-length support and recommendations. We cover the following areas:

Governance, Compliance & Accreditation
Good governance provides clarity and engenders trust.  It means ensuring all operational guidelines are adequately documented and support the day-to-day running of an organisation.

Increasingly, tenders for contracts have to demonstrate sustainability in terms of policy and action. This is particularly true for the larger, more valuable opportunities that you may not be able to pursue without the necessary accreditation.
In addition, the ever-changing regulatory landscape imposes harsh penalties for non-compliance. We can help you identify and adopt the appropriate measures, and put together all the documentation to achieve accreditation and/or regulatory compliance. Accreditation includes external verifications such as ISO14001, Green Tourism Business Scheme, BCorp or other industry-specific schemes.

Facilities
Book a review that addresses sustainability in the following areas, either together as a Facilities package, or choose separately from:
• Built Estate/Site Utilisation
• Energy
• Waste
• Water
Once we’ve carried out our review we’ll prepare a report of our findings and together draw up an improvement plan that will help you save money and make better use of your resources.

Procurement & Resourcing
Book a review that addresses sustainability and resilience in the following areas, either together as a Procurement & Resourcing package, or choose separately from:
• Supply Chain
• Internal Processes
• Productivity
Once we’ve carried out our review we’ll prepare a report of our findings and together draw up an improvement plan. This will ensure your suppliers and partners are a perfect fit in terms of cost, efficiency and ethos, and that your in-house systems maximise productivity.

Workforce & Community
Booking a review of your workforce could be the first step towards a more motivated team, streamlined recruitment processes, reduced staff turnover (did you know it costs, on average, £5500 to replace a member of staff?) and a boost in workplace morale.
Taking care of your people, your number one asset, is vital to the sustainability of your business. With mental health concerns becoming ever more prevalent, adopting more supportive and participatory approaches, forging links with voluntary organisations and giving your business a sense of place and purpose within its community makes sound business sense as well as fulfilling a corporate social responsibility brief.
Once we’ve carried out our review we’ll prepare a report of our findings and draw up an improvement plan that we can help you implement.

Charges
An initial audit of your business including recommendations of some simple changes you can make to be more sustainable or reduce overheads ranges from £300, but could save you at least double.  An audit of your business to prepare a sustainability statement as part of a contract bid or applications for accreditation are in the region of £1,000.  Other Consultancy work is priced on a bespoke basis.
